Mr. Neil Kai Gu, Chairman of the Board and CEO
Mr. Gu has significant business knowledge and experience in Asia and the United States. He has built a multitude of close working relationships with many top official’s and has vast experience in the international arena. Mr. Gu’s desire is to continue positively impacting the lives of all individuals worldwide. In addition to his work with CASIA, Mr. Gu is currently a visiting professor at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Gu holds a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Musical Arts and Education degree from the University of Hartford. He spent twenty years as a professor of music and is a world-renowned violist.
Mrs. Tammy Johnson, Vice-President of Operations
Mrs. Johnson worked at CASI Foundation for Children, Inc. for over 14 years where she was the Executive Director. She served many families and orphaned children assisting in ensuring they had forever homes. She is an advocate for those who are in need of education, a home and ensuring their basic needs are met. She served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, volunteering in her community to protect children who were placed in foster care. She earned her Master’s of Psychology in 2014 from Capella University.
Ms. Nicki Johnson, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Johnson is passionate about ensuring all individuals are treatedw tih dignity and respect. She is an advocate for any person who needs to be understood and helped. She worked as the Administrative Assistant at CASI Foundation for Children for over 4 years helping adoptive parents bring their children home. She graduated from Borah High School in 2010 and has attended Boise State University studying English, Psychology and social services.
Huidan Zheng, Asia-Pacific Affairs Assistant
Ms. Zheng has over 10 years of working experience in the Chinese market. Currently, she is an assistant to the chairman of the foundation in China, responsible for various issues in Asia-Pacific affairs.
