Mr. Neil Kai Gu, Chairman of the Board and CEO

Mr. Gu has significant business knowledge and experience in Asia and the United States. He has built a multitude of close working relationships with many top official’s and has vast experience in the international arena. Mr. Gu’s desire is to continue positively impacting the lives of all individuals worldwide. In addition to his work with CASIA, Mr. Gu is currently a visiting professor at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Gu holds a Master’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Musical Arts and Education degree from the University of Hartford. He spent twenty years as a professor of music and is a world-renowned violist.

 Mr. Robert Wexler, Former Member of U.S. Congress

Mr. Wexler is the President of the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace in Washington, DC. He served as a Democratic member of Congress from 1997 to 2010, He was was named one of the “50 Most Effective Legislators in Congress” by the influential magazine Congressional Quarterly and was named to the Forward 50 list as one of the most influential leaders in the American Jewish community. In 2008, Congressman Wexler served as an adviser on Middle East and Israel issues to President Barack Obama during his presidential campaign. Wexler worked to strengthen the transatlantic alliance, build security and economic bonds with the European Union and the nations of Europe. Wexler served as an American representative to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. In addition, Wexler served as a senior member of the Judiciary Committee and the Subcommittee on Courts, the Internet and Intellectual Property.

Mr. Walt Minnick, Former Member of U.S. Congress

Former Congressman Walt Minnick uses his significant experience at the highest levels of business and government to help serve Majority Group’s clients with their policy and business needs.  As a Congressman, he represented Idaho’s First Congressional District, and served on the House Financial Services and House Agriculture Committees.  As a CEO, he helped grow a small high-tech building materials company into a three billion dollar Fortune 1000 public company, coordinating multi-million dollar deals and contracts with overseas corporations and foreign governments. Additionally, he served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and worked in the Nixon White House as both a Special Assistant to the President and as a Deputy Assistant Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Walt graduated with high honors from both Harvard Business and Law School, and has chaired the boards of numerous local and national civic organizations, universities and private corporations.

Mr. Wayne Smith, President of Potomac Group

Mr. Smith’s policy background includes work as a subcommittee staff director and chief of staff in both the House and Senate. During that time, the subcommittee chairman for whom he worked was nationally recognized as “the most productive Member of both Houses of Congress.” This acknowledgment recognized the member’s (and staff’s) ability to get bills signed into law. He also has a track record of success and accomplishments in the international arena as a problem solver and facilitator. Smith also managed political campaigns and a national campaign organization.

Mr. Wm. Lyman Belnap, Legal Counsel

Mr. Belnap practices Commercial & International Law, Real Property, Business, Estate Planning in Boise, Idaho. He was previously the International Legal Counsel for Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean. Mr. Belnap is fluent in reading, writing, speaking and translation of Spanish at the professional level. Mr. Belnap graduated from J. Rueben Clark/Brigham Young University in 1977.

Mr. Cham Borey, Chairman & CEO, CBID Limited

Mr. Cham Borey was an officer in the Press Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, studied in Russa for 6 years and graduated Master’s of Arts of International Relations in 1991, In 1991 Mr. Cham Borey he founded CBID Ltd., trading aviation cargo. He is also Chairman and Founder of Cambodian Charity Development Foundation, established in 2007 raising funds from domestic and overseas to continues his passion for humanitarian endeavors. His foundation assists in sheltering and improving the standard of living for orphans and other vulnerable people who were left behind from the killing field of the Khmer Rouge regime. Mr. Cham Borey creates the ability for people to become self-reliant, provides rehabilitation, education and vocational training. He is planning for the future to build pediatric and other hospitals (free of charge) for the elderly and disadvantaged people in the country. Mr. Cham Borey is also the Adviser to the Chairman of the National Assembly (Secretary of State).

Mr. Russell Vorwerk, President of Vorwerk Trust

Mr. Vorwerk is the founder, former Chairman, and Past President of the statewide Westlands Bank, past CEO of the Bank of Santa Ana (now Wells Fargo), past President and Chairman Emeritus of Western Medical Center in California. He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Economic Council of the United Nations. His endeavors include utilizing funds for projects and enterprises worldwide that include humanitarian and entrepreneurial for health care and banking. Developing advanced systems that will enable health care delivery and financial security for every person worldwide, that those persons shall live in dignity, mutual respect, adequate employment, income, and quality health care. His goal is this wellness health system will be highly cost-effective and will restore the relationship of the physician and the patient. Mr. Vorwerk earned his graduate certificate from the American Institute of Banking and attended the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Sato Yoshio, Director of the Board

Mr. Sato started his career from oil business in Mitsubishi Corporation and established trading companies and consulting companies in the U. S and Japan. He is a high-performing executive with a proven track record of accomplishments in setting up mutually beneficial international and domestic trade agreements between corporations over 35 years. He also has financial knowledge and used to be a joint-owner of U.S. Asia Investment Bank. He has been co-working with Mr. Gu for international businesses and also for CASIA Foundation dedicated to improving the quality of all people.
